Abstract
The dynamic plasma screening effects on classical electron–ion bremsstrahlung processes are investigated in a kappa-Maxwellian distribution plasma using the plasma dielectric function. It is found that the bremsstrahlung radiation cross section increases with increasing the spectral index κ. The result shows that the bremsstrahlung cross section increases with increasing the velocity ratio v/v‖. It is also found that the dynamic screening effects are found to be more important for lower spectral indices.
