- Abstract
- 차량용 터보차저는 생산단가가 낮은 플로팅 링 베어링 (Full-Floating ring bearing, FFRB) 또는 세미 플로팅 링 베어링 (Semi-Floating ring bearing, SFRB)을 주로 사용한다. 터보차저 베어링 시스템에서 발생하는 동력손실은 터보차저 전체의 효율을 감소시키기 때문에 이에 대한 연구는 꾸준히 진행되었어 왔다 [1-2]. 본 연구는 터보차저 회전축의 속도와 Coastdown 시간과의 관계를 이용하여 플로팅 링 베어링으로 지지되는 차량용 터보차저의 동력손실을 실험적으로 추정하였다.
