- Alcyopterosins은 발견된 천연물 중 최초의 나이트레이트 에스터 물질이며, 흔치 않는 illudalane 구조로 구성되어 있다. 이 물질들은 몇 가지 유용한 생물학적 항종양 특성을 나타낸다. 그러므로 우리는 두 종류의 triyne 계열 물질을 팔라듐 촉매 고리화 반응을 통하여 Alcyopterosins 전구물질을 합성하였다. triyne-ester의 분자간 팔라듐 촉매 고리화 반응 그리고 diyne-monoyne의 분자내 팔라듐 촉매 고리화 반응을 통하여 Alcyopterosins 전구물질을 합성하였다.
