모바일 헬스 앱 디자인의 사용성 평가항목 중요도 분석

Abstract

본 연구에서는 모바일 헬스 앱의 사용성을 높이기위한 연구의 일환으로서 모바일 헬스 앱의 사용성과관련된 평가항목을 도출하고 항목별 중요도를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 30명의 전문가 집단을 구성하여 델파이기법과 AHP 계층분석법을 활용하여 항목별 상대적중요도와 우선순위를 분석·검증하였다. 그 결과, 상위항목의 가중치 우선순위에 따르면, ‘유효성’, ‘사용용이성’, ‘안전성’이 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 하위 항목의 복합가중치 우선순위에 따르면 ‘적시적피드백’, ‘일관성’, ‘용어’, ‘기능성’, ‘프라이버시 보호’가상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 모바일 헬스 앱 디자인의사용성을 평가하는 데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이며, 본연구에서 도출한 상위 항목과 하위 항목의 우선순위또한 모바일 헬스 앱의 사용성을 높이기 위한 융합적설계 지침으로써 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

In this study,as part of a study to increase theusability of mobile health apps,evaluation itemsrelated to the use of mobile health apps werederived and the importance of each item wasidentified.To this end,a group of 30 experts was formedto analyze and verify the relative importance andpriorities of each item using the Delphi techniqueand the AHP layer analysis method. As a result,according to the weight priority of the upper item,'effectiveness','usability',and 'safety' wererelatively high,and according to the weight priorityof the lower item,'instant feedback','consistency', 'termality','functionality',and 'privacy protection'were relatively high.The results of this study may help assess theuse of mobile health app design and sub itemsderived from this study,and the priority of theparent item derived from this study to increase theuse of mobile health apps.
