Abstract
Metal sulfide materials have attracted scientific research interest for various applications due to their rich selection of materials that can easily adjust optical, electronic, chemical and physical properties. Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2¬) is an important 2D semiconducting materials that overcomes the zero-bandgap disadvantages of graphene and widens its applications in novel electronic, optoelectronic devices, hydrodesulphurization catalysts and photoactive materials. On the other hand, silicon sulfides (SiS, SiS2) are known as light-weight layered metal sulfides suitable for Li intercalation of LIB (lithium ion battery) because it has a two-dimensional polymeric chain structure. Here, we synthesized Mo2S4(dmampS)2, Mo2(dmampS)4Cl2, Mo(dmampS)2Cl2, (Ph4P)2(CS3)Mo(CS4), SiMe2(dmampS)2, SiMe3(dmampS), SiHMe(dmampS)2, SiHMe2(dmampS) as single source precursors for the preparation of MoS2, SiS2 and SiS materials. The complexes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), H-NMR, and elemental analysis, and single crystal X-ray crystallography if possible. |금속 황화물 재료는 광학적, 전기적, 화학적 및 물리적 특성을 쉽게 조정할 수 있는 특성으로 인해 다양한 응용 분야에서 관심을 끌고 있습니다. 이황화 몰리브덴(MoS2)은 그래핀의 제로 밴드갭 단점을 극복하고 새로운 전기, 광전자 장치, 수소화탈황 촉매 및 광활성 물질 등 넓은 분야에서 적용되는 중요한 이차원 반도체 물질입니다. 반면에 실리콘 황화물(SiS, SiS2)은 2차원 고분자 사슬 구조를 가지고 있기 때문에 리튬이온전지의 Li 삽입에 적합한 경량 층상 금속 황화물로 알려져 있습니다. 본 연구에서 우리는 MoS2 및 SiS2, SiS 단일 소스 전구체로 사용될 수있는 Mo2S4(dmampS)2, Mo2(dmampS)4Cl2, Mo(dmampS)2Cl2, (Ph4P)2(CS3)Mo(CS4), SiMe2(dmampS)2, SiMe3(dmampS), SiHMe(dmampS)2, SiHMe2(dmampS) 전구체를 합성하였습니다. 화합물들은 FT-IR, H-NMR, Elemental analysis 로 분석하였으며 단결정 구조 분석이 가능한 화합물들은 결정구조 해석을 하였습니다.
