Insight Base의 portable DVD 디자인 개발 관한 연구- 북미 사용자 중심 -

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 북미 지역의 Portable DVD 가 가진 제품들의 특성을 기본으로 사용자 관점에서 그들의 insight를 파악을 통해 새로운 Digital Media에 대한 방향 및 시장 가능성을 탐색하고 이들에게 어필할 수 있는 사용자 중심의 디자인 컨셉 발굴로 디자인 개발 시 이러한 특성들을 제품 컨셉 또는 디자인 요소들로 반영 하고자 함이다. 이를 위해 먼저 북미 지역의 사용자 인터뷰와 사용자를 대상으로 기초 설문과 실시하여 Target User에 대한 Grouping을 통한 Segmentation과 Targeting과 이후 실험 대상의 디자인과 기능적 요소를 추출하여 적용 하였다. 이와 함께 북미 지역 사용자들의 Digital Device 들의 사용 유형과 Portable DVD의 사용자 실험을 통해 목표로 하고 있는 북미 지역 중심으로 Portable DVD 시장 선도 및 소비자들의 NEEDS에 부합하는 디자인 개발을 목표로 하였다.;The purpose of this study is the Portable DVD in North America based on the characteristics of a product from a user perspective to understand their insight on the new Digital Media to explore the possibility of market direction and to appeal to these user-centered design concepts Excavations during the design development of these characteristics of the product concept or design element was to reflect.
