Abstract
Al6061 specimens polished with SiC Sand Paper were tested to observe the thermoelastic and thermo plastic image behaviors. The fatigue test was performed until the specimen failure with a frequency of 5 Hz at a stress ratio of 0, -1. The chamber was insulated during the test. The Risitano method was adopted to predict the fatigue limit, using OCM (One Curve Method) and TCM (Two Curve Method) which uses IR camera to calculate fatigue limit.
