The collision effects on the electron - ion bremsstrahlung spectrum are investigated in a warm collisional plasma. The effective interaction potentials taking into account the electron - neutral collisions are employed in order to obtain the bremsstrahlung radiation cross-section in a collisional plasma as a function of the impact parameter, collision frequency, radiation photon energy, projectile energy, thermal energy and Debye length. It is shown that the collision effects significantly enhance the bremsstrahlung radiation cross-section. It is also found that the collision effects on the bremsstrahlung cross-section decrease with increasing thermal energy. In addition, the collision effects on the bremsstrahlung cross-section are found to be increased with an increase of the radiation photon energy, especially for large impact parameters.-
