건축물 유지관리 단계의 BIM의 활용과 CO₂ 모니터링에 관한 기초적 연구

Abstract

This study is progressed for preliminary study of development for building maintenance system and environmental load(CO2) Monitoring system. This study propose CO2 assessment monitoring method using BIM in building maintenance. This study is pre-stage which emphasis on system development possibilities, related technology review, construction diagram of the relationships between DB and analysis of the need to extract information from BIM. The main purpose of this system establish the basic process flow of information which enable to efficient information exchange.
