스마트팩토리의 핵심성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

스마트팩토리에 대한 사회적 정책적 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 특히 제조업은 현재 여러 가지 측면에서 어려움에 직면해 있다. 노동력의 감소 및 고령화는 제조업의 공동화 현상을 가져왔고 높은 인건비로 인한 생산비용 증가와 신흥국의 경쟁기업 등장으로 시장은 과열되고 있으며 소비자의 개인화에 대한 요구는 더욱 증가하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 스마트팩토리에 관한 관심이 증대되고 있지만, 관련 실증연구는 매우 부족하다. 본 연구의 목적은 스마트팩토리의 핵심성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 제조업을 대상으로 자료가 수집되었고 구조방정식 모델링 분석으로 가설 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 정보시스템, CEO 리더십, 구성원 역량은 운영성과와 환경성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직문화는 운영성과와 환경성과 모두 유의하지 않는 결과를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 스마트팩토리 및 유사한 새로운 시스템의 도입을 위한 전략적 함의를 경영 의사결정자에게 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 통하여 4차산업 사회에서의 선교 플렛폼의 도입과 실행 방안에 대한 방향과 전망에 대한 함의가 도출되기를 기대한다.;This study is to provide implications by identifying critical success factors affecting business performance of Smart Factory, and empirically analyzing the effects of these factors on business performance. For this study, previous literature review were examined. Four hypotheses were developed based on the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through online survey. The data were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, and structural equation modeling analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that Information System, CEO Leadership, and Employee Competency had significant positive (+) effects on operational and environmental performance. This study has the differentiation of research by empirically analyzing the relationship between the key success factors of smart factories and business performance for a specific industry, the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry. In addition, it has academic significance as an initial study for deriving more expanded key success factors in the future. It is expected that this study will lead to implications for the direction and prospects for the introduction and implementation of the mission platform in the 4th industrial society.
