알칼리 활성제를 이용한 무시멘트 콘크리트의 산중화능력에 대한 평가

Abstract

The present study concerns the properties of cement-free concrete using acid neutralization capacity(ANC) of cement mortar. The cement-free was casted with alkali-activators by weight of binder. The properties of cement-free concrete was studied compare to that of OPC. It was found that an increase in the acid concentration resulted in a decrease until pH 9 at case of OPC. At case of cement-free cement using alkali-activators, pH was decreased until pH 3. 이 연구에서는 무시멘트를 이용한 콘크리트의 특성 중 산중화능력을 평가하였다. 무시멘트에 알칼리 활성제인 KOH, NaOH, CaOH2를 시멘트의 무게에 대해 비율로 배합하였고, OPC와의 비교 분석을 통해 무시멘트의 재료적 특성에 대해서 연구하였다. 시멘트의 경우 pH 9 이하로는 떨어지지 않으며, 알칼리 활성제를 이용한 무시멘트는 최종적으로 pH 3까지 내려갔다.
