- Abstract
- In this paper, Network Management System(NMS) is proposed and implemented. In the NMS network traffic load is measured using MRTG and link- to-link characteristics are evaluated. Also, the possible causes of occuring network problems are identified and the network simulations are performed. This can be used to analyze and/pr enhance the performances of the network.
