도시철도 차량운영 생산성 연구: 고장의 Malmquist 생산성 영향 중심으로

Abstract

도시철도의 운영에서 유지보수는 핵심 활동으로 유지보수 운영 효율성 증대를 통해 비용을 절감하고 고장을 예방하여 안정적인 교통 서비스 수준을 유지하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 서울 도시철도 8호선을 대상으로 Malmquist 생산성 지수를 이용하여 2010년부터 2018년까지 9년간의 차량 유지보수 운영의 생산성 변화, 효율성 변화및 기술 변화를 분석하였다. 또한, 각 장치의 고장 발생이 생산성 변화에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 안전, 차량 운행, 유지보수 운영, 승객 서비스에 대한 영향 등 4개 항목으로 장치를 구분하고, 도입 시점에 따라 제작사가 다른 2개 차종을 구분하여 다중 회귀분석을 한 결과 냉난방, 인버터, 전기, 제동, 차제, 출입문 장치의 고장 발생이 유지보수 운영 생산성을 낮추는 것에 유의한 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도시철도 차량운영 및 유지보수 운영에 있어서 생산성 향상을 위해서는 어떠한 장치 또는 시스템의 유지보수와 고장 예방에 역량과 자원을 전략적으로 집중하는 것이 효과적인지에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. Maintenance is a key activity in the operation of urban railways. Optimized maintenance is crucial to maintaining cost-effectiveness, failure prevention, and railway transportation service level. In this paper, we analyzed maintenance operation productivity of trains using the Malmquist productivity index, focused on Seoul Metro Line #8. In addition, based on the productivity index results, we analyzed effects of system failures on the Malmquist productivity index changes. It was found that it had a significant effect on failure of HVAC, Inverter Propulsion, Electric, Brake, Door equipment, and Car Body Structure. Especially, it is confirmed that the occurrence of failure in HVAC and Inverter Propulsion system has a relatively large effect on productivity index changes. This study’s implication is that prevention of certain equipment or system failures of rolling stock is effective to maintain the service level of operation of rolling stock and the urban railway.
