- Abstract
- Intraocular pressure (IOP) is a core vital sign and a proven risk factor for glaucoma development and progression. IOP measurement is important for the treatment and monitoring of glaucoma. In this study, we investigated a correlation between elevated IOP and ocular vibration responses. In order to find the correlation, a vibration response measurement experiment was conducted according to elevate in IOP. Four ex-vivo porcine eyes were used in the experiment. The IOP was elevated by injecting a solution into the eye. The experimental results derived the correlation between the IOP and the vibration response through frequency analysis and predicted the IOP based on the vibration response through the regression equation. Further, the deep learning model was presented by increasing the data and more accurate predictions were obtained compared to conventional regression formulas.
