Abstract
In order to introduce autonomous vehicles on general roads, safety must be secured. To ensure the safety of autonomous vehicles, it is necessary to prove that the integrity of the system can be safely operated within the operational design area where it is secured. To ensure the integrity of these systems, it is very important to change the abstracted scenarios to a consistent number of testable logical scenarios. The way-based safety verification method proposed by Waymo is not an economically acceptable method, so it is necessary to use a scenario-based approach.In this study, we propose a method for scenarios by dividing and analyzing various environment variables abstracted by deriving requirements from the V model, the development process proposed in the ISO26262 standard, and dividing the operational design area of ​​the system into layers.
