Abstract
정보력 발전과 교육 관념의 이중적 원인에 의해 대학 도서관은 공간, 디자인, 서비스 측면에서 모두 변화하고 있다. 대학교 도서관의 이념이 장서 중심에서 이용자 중심으로 바뀌고 있다. 이 과정에서 오프라인 도서관의 공간 재건설과 서비스가 사회와 학교의 관심사로 떠올랐다. 새로운 교육방법의 적용에 따라 학생들의 학습습관, 학습방식이 달라져 전통적인 책 중심의 독립학습 방식에서 다원화된 추세로 발전하고 있다. 현재 열람실 공간에서 중요한 독자 행위는 정식 열람 행위, 여가 열람 행위, 정보 교류 행위다. 전통적인 열람 공간은 이러한 독자들의 행위에 대한 합리적 비전이 결여되어 있으며, 공간 내 이해관계자, 공간, 서비스, 설비, 편의시설, 동선, 이용자의 심리, 동선, 행위 간 상호 영향을 미쳐 사용자들의 학습 효율성에 심각한 영향을 미치고 있다. 전통적인 열람 공간 형태로는 독자의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 없으며, 열람 공간 형태는 독자의 다양한 행위가 동시에 이루어져 상호 영향을 미치지 않도록 적절한 변화가 요구된다.|The reading room of university library is an important part of the library, because of the particularity of users, the design of the library's internal environment and service should be appropriate. This paper studies the spatial structure and service design of university library reading room from the perspective of user experience. The space function of the common university library is different, and it is difficult to carry out structural changes without accepting the structural load when designing each space. In order to meet the current user's behavior, from meet the demand of the past new structure, from the space, the interested party, service, equipment, facilities, use a line, the user psychology, behavior way, through the study of the questionnaire of customer satisfaction, to the universities library space of mutuality, informative, aesthetic, convenience, security, usability six characteristics analysis. In order to grasp the usability of user service design in university library reading room, this study is based on service design. This study selected the city of Seoul after 4 comprehensive university library reading room space, the space for user questionnaire, through the service design way of user survey action observation and interview to complete customer journey map, user opinions, comprehensive user survey results, on the basis of service design, put forward the advice of the university library reading room space. The conclusions of the study are as follows. First, according to the survey results, users' satisfaction with space is not high, and most of the time they cannot determine the direction because of the complex space structure. When users visit the reading room space for the first time, it is difficult to easily grasp the basic information of the space. University library reading room of the public space design, the same informational of space is the user's first impression of space and the complex space combining personal domain and the public domain most is the user's choice, but complex dynamic line may cause confusion, the correct space informative guide can greatly increase the space of the user satisfaction. Second, the convenience of reading room space not only consider the room amenities, also taking into account the user's proximity, near the school entrance, K university library facilities more perfect than other examples, not only can increase the user visits, to work long time users can also provide the appropriate rest and material, prolonged use. Thirdly, while ensuring "public", the importance of "personal" domain and spatial interaction have a great impact on practical satisfaction, so as to clearly distinguish the personal domain from the public domain, increase the transition space and reduce the influence of stakeholders. Spontaneity has an impact on the number of users' visits. Innovative services and learning experience can stimulate the possibility of users' spontaneous access to the space. Fourthly, users use the reading room for a single purpose. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, aesthetic and safety have a significant impact on satisfaction, but the results of mountain route map analysis show that users are not sensitive to aesthetic and safety. User although know oneself of space, but is difficult to accurately understanding to practical experience, therefore, with users of unconscious action observation and in-depth interviews, to dig the real user experience is an important process of service design, is not only the space, in all areas of service design research also need for multiple user research methods from various angles.
