- Abstract
- 장기간 측정된 파랑자료가 없는 지역에서의 평상파 제원 산출을 위한 방법론을 제시하였다. 이를 위한 입력자료로서 해양수산부의 장기 파랑산출자료를 사용하였으며, 본 방법론을 감천항에 적용하여 항만가동을 위한 95% 또는 97.5% 비초과 확률파고를 제시하였다.
