Organizational Structure in Construction - Theory and Praxis

Abstract

This presentation will outline the theory construction organization, its operational and strategic orientation with respect to its strategic plannung. The theoretical outline will go in tandem with found results of a study on the Korean construction industry out of the perspective of foreign companies conducted by the presenter.
