- In this paper, the structural dependenc e on extinction curve and ch irp-parameter in a 1.55|im MQW EA-modulator is analyzed . A highly performed 1,55나m MQW EA-modu lator is des ign ed with structural parameters for w e ll-shaped extinction ratio curve and lowest ch irp-parameter simultaneously.
