건설 하도급 생산성 개선 방안 연구

Abstract

건설시장의 구조를 보면 발주자로부터를 낙찰 받은 하도급자는 이를 3차 하도까지 주고 있다. 이렇듯 원도급자가에게 하도를 줌으로써 결과물 생성을 하도급자가 맡게 된다. 현장 생산성에 직접 관계를 맺고 있는 하도급에 대한 연구가 부족한 것으로 보인다. 건설업의 특성상 한 프로젝트에 각 분야의 하도급업자가 참가한다. 프로젝트에 참여하는 하도급자의 품질 및 작업을 향상 시킨다면 작게는 한 업체의 생산성이 향상되는 것이지만, 이것이 점차 넓어지면서 프로젝트 전체의 생산성을 향상 시킬수 있는 것이다. 이런 점에서 하도급 생산성에 대한 이해를 하고 분석함으로써 하도급생산성 향상 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Construction market structure give to third subcontract from contractor that received bid. A general contractor is subcontract to subcontractor that construct final product. When the subcontractor is related with productivity on the site, a study is lack to subcontractor productivity. The property of construction industry include many subcontractor at one project. If a subcontractor will improve productivity, total productivity would improve on the site. We will understand about subcontractor productivity and suggest about productivity method.
