- Abstract
- This paper aims to maximize the efficiency of low transformation temperature (LTT) filler alloys by changing composition. The changes of phase expansion were investigated using Creq/Nieq ratio as a parameter. And the optimal Ms level showing the maximum reduction of residual stress was obtained. δ-ferrite was observed with increasing Creq/Nieq ratio. The Experimental results show that volume expansion and toughness were reduced by residue of δ-ferrite.
