댄스스포츠선수의 생리주기가 유ㆍ무산소성ㆍ등속성운동능력에 미치는 영향

Abstract

생리주기에 따른 운동능력을 규명하기 위하여 현재 대학에 재학중인 댄스스포츠선수들의 생리주기를 난포기, 월경기, 황체기로 나누어 각 주기별로 유산소성운동수행능력, 무산소성운동수행능력, 등속성운동수행능력을 측정하여 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 생리주기에 따른 유산소성 운동능력 측정에 관한 변인 중 최대산소섭취량에서 난포기, 황체기, 월경기에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 최대심박수 및 최대산소환기량에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 2. 생리주기에 따른 무산소성 운동능력 측정에 관한 변인 최대파워, 평균파워, 파워도달시간 모두 난포기, 황체기, 월경기에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 3. 생리주기에 따른 등속성 운동능력 측정에 관한 변인 중 근력(Peak TQ/BW), 근파워(AVG. Power), 근지구력(Work Fatigue) 모두 난포기, 황체기, 월경기에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.; The purpose this study was to estimated the effects of aerobic, anaerobic, and isokinetic exercise ability on menstrual cycle of the dance sports athelete's. The result of studying menstrual cycle on aerobic, anaerobic, and isokinetic exercise ability of 7 dance sports of atheletes who have experience of taking part in concours and undergraduate is the followings: Peak oxygen consumption an heart rates max values were significanly different on follicular cycle & luteal phase and follicular cycle & & menstrual phase and there is no significant difference between heart rate max values and maximal oxygen ventilation. As the rusult of measurement of anaerobic ability on menstual cycle for mean power, peak power, and the time to reach power values, there is no significant difference on follicular cycle & luteal phase and follicular cycle & & menstrual phase. As the rusult of measurement of isokinetic exercise ability on menstual cycle for muscle strength(Peak TQ/BW), muscle power(AVG. Power), and muscle endurance(Work Fatigue), there is no significant difference on follicular cycle & luteal phase and follicular cycle & & menstrual phase.
