Abstract
본 연구는 신체의 성장과 정신적 성숙에서 매우 중요한 시기인 중학생들에게 체격과 체력의 균형 잡힌 성장과 발달을 도모하기 위하여 12주간의 헬스로빅 운동 프로그램을 실제 수업시간에 학생들에게 적용해보고 중학생의 체격과 체력 향상에 어느 정도 효과가 있는지 비교.분석하여 학교체육현장에서 학생들의 체격(신장,체중) 및 체력(정적 근지구력, 순발력, 민첩성, 유연성, 동적 근지구력, 심폐지구력)을 강화하고 이를 향상시키는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 J지역, K여자중학교 학생 중 신체의 결함이 없는, 실험집단(의도적이고 계획된 헬스로빅 운동) 30명과, 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 30명을 대상으로 12주간 헬스로빅 운동 프로그램을 이용하여 측정 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 체격 (1) 신장에서는 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 나타나지 않았다(P>.05). (2) 체중에서도 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 나타나지 않았다(P>.05). 2) 체력 (1) 근력(팔굽혀매달리기)에서는 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 나타났다(P<.001). (2) 순발력(제자리멀리뛰기)에서는 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 나타났다(P<.05). (3) 민첩성(사이드 스텝)에서는 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 현저하게 나타났다(P<.001). (4) 유연성(윗몸앞으로굽히기)에서는 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 현저하게 나타났다(P<.001). (5) 근지구력(윗몸일으키기)에서는 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 나타났다(P<.01). (6) 심폐지구력(오래달리기)에서는 헬스로빅 운동을 실시한 실험집단(의도적으로 계획된 헬스로빅 운동)과 통제집단(정상적인 학교수업) 간에 유의한 차가 현저하게 나타났다(P<.001). 이상의 결론을 통하여 헬스로빅 운동 프로그램이 여자중학생에 체격을 제외한 체력향상에서 전반적 효과를 가져온다고 말할 수 있다. 그러므로 중학생의 체력에 도움을 줄 수 있는 헬스로빅 운동 프로그램을 적극적으로 보급하여야 한다고 본다.; This study aims at helping develop and improve students' physique (height, weight) and stamina (static muscle endurance, quickness, agility, flexibility, dynamic muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary Endurance) through applying the 12 week-healthrobic program to actual class in order to achieve growth and development with balance in middle school students who are in an important period in terms of their physical growth and mental maturity and then analyzing how the program has an effect on middle school students' physique and stamina. In order to attain this study goal, the researcher selected 60 students without any physical defect in the K girls' middle school in the J area as the subjects of the study and divided them into an experimental group(intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) with 30 students and a control group (normal class) with 30 students and then applied the 12 week-healthrobic program to them. After this program the researcher measured and analyzed the results and reached the following conclusions. 1) Physique (1) In height, there was no significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise (intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group (normal class) (P>.05). (2) In weight also, there was no significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise (intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group (normal class) (P>.05). 2) Stamina (1) In muscle strength (hanging down from the horizontal bar with one's bended arms), there was the significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise (intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group (normal class) (P<.001). (2) In quickness (a standing long jump), there was the significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise(intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group (normal class) (P<.05). (3) In agility (sidestepping), there was the significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise (intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group (normal class) considerably(P<.001). (4) In flexibility (reaching one's hands toward the toes), there was the significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise (intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group(normal class) considerably (P<.001). (5) In muscle endurance (sit-ups), there was the significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise (intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group (normal class) (P<.01). (6) In cardiovascula Endurance (long-distance running), there was the significant difference between the experimental group with healthrobic exercise (intentional and planned healthrobic exercise) and the control group(normal class) considerably (P<.001). In light of these conclusions, it can be said that the healthrobic program brings overall effects in improving female middle school students' stamina except for their physique. Therefore, it is thought that the healthrobic program with which one can help to develop middle students' stamina should be implemented and popularized positively.
