Abstract
1. Gold-catalyzed Cyclization of Alkyne-Propargylic Esters 금 촉매를 이용한 Alkyne-Propargylic Esters 의 고리화 반응 우리는 금 촉매를 이용해서 alkynes-propargylic pivaloates를 이중 고리화합물로 합성하는 방법을 발견하였다. 금의 친 삼중결합적인 성질은 새로운 탄소-탄소결합 을 제공하며, 단일결합으로 이루어진 alkynes-propargylic pivaloates을 한번에 고 리화반응을 수행하는 방법들을 제시하였다. ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 2. 금 촉매를 이용한 enynyl Pivaloate 로 부터 효과적인 Cyclopentenones 의 합성 및 Pauson-Khand Reaction Cyclopentenone을 포함하는 천연물들은 그것들의 생리활성으로 인해 합성적으로 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 Cyclopentenone을 합성하는데 우리는 enynyl Pivaloate로부터 금 촉매를 이용하여 한번에 합성하는 방법을 제시하였다. 우리가 발견한 합성법은 Cyclopentenone을 합성하는데 잘 알려져 있는 Pauson-Khand Reaction의 단점을 보완하는 방법이기도 하다. ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요); Part 1. Gold-Catalyzed Cyclization of Alkyne-Propargylic Pivaloates to Bicyclo[m.2.0] compounds. We discovered a new gold catalyzed methodology of alkynes-propargylic pivaloates for synthesis of the corresponding Bicyclo[m.2.0] compounds. Our methodology is able to form a new C-C bond cyclization from linear yne-propargylic pivaloates in a highly efficient manner. This methodology is high selective, atom-economical, and an environmentally benign technique. Depending on the substrates, the present study could provide an easy access to valuable building blocks for polycyclic compounds and synthetic applications to natural products. ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) Part 2. Efficient Synthesis of Cyclopentenones from enynyl Pivaloates via Au(I)-Catalyzed Cyclization and Pauson-Khand Reaction. Cyclopentenones are key intermediates in organic synthesis. Among a variety of approaches for their preparation, the Pauson-Khand Reaction is arguably one of most versatile and efficient methods. However, many reagents such as transition metals, alkynes, alkenes and carbol-monoxide need to synthesize cyclopentenones. Herein, we report a Au(I)-catalyzed highly efficient synthesis of cyclopentenones from readily available enynyl esters. ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요)
