Abstract

The tetracyclic bis-lactone efficiently prepared from 3,5-dibromo-2 pyrone with the strategic elaboration of inter- and intramolecular Diels-Alder cycloaddition chemistry provided the decaline core of rapiculine with all necessary functionalities and relative stereochemistry. ◁그림 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요)
