여가참여 상태 유형화 연구

Abstract

지난 40 년간의 여가연구는 여가제약 이론을 중심으로 여가제약에 대한 협상, 여가촉진 이론 등으로 다양화 되면서 개인의 여가행동에 대한 설명력을 높이고 있다. 개인의 여가환경을 둘러싼 다양한 요인들이 통합적으로 고려되어야 한다는 주장이 제기됨에도 여가제약 이론과 여가촉진 이론을 통합하여 접근한 시도가 없어서, 본 연구는 여가제약 이론과 여가촉진 이론을 통합하여 개인의 여가참여에 미치는 영향 분석을 목적으로 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인의 여가참여에 영향을 미치는 제 요인을 종합하여 ‘여가참여 상태’를 유형화 하는 검사 도구를 제시하고, 유형에 따른 여가활동 및 만족도의 차이를 검증하였다. 여가ㆍ관광 관련 종사자 380명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 불성실한 응답을 제외한 최종 328명의 표본을 확보하였다. 통계패키지는 SPSS 16.0 과 AMOS 16.0을 사용하였으며 분석을 위하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 일원분산분석, 공통 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 가설의 검증 결과, ‘여가참여 상태 유형’ 검사도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였고, 촉진 상태, 부분 촉진 상태, 부분 제약 상태, 제약 상태의 4가지 참여 상태 유형을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 부분 촉진 상태와 촉진 상태인 경우가 전체의 77%를 차지하여 전반적으로 여가참여에 촉진적 상태라는 것을 확인하였고, 여가참여 상태에 따라 현재 참여하고 있는 여가활동과 앞으로 참여하고 싶은 여가활동은 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으며, 여가참여에 대한 만족도도 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 기존의 여가제약 이론과 여가촉진 이론을 통합적으로 적용하여 사람들의 여가참여 상태 유형을 제시하였다는 의의를 지니지만 표본의 부족으로 인해 여가참여 상태 유형을 8가지에서 4가지로 축소 제시하였다는 한계를 지닌다. 동시에 여가참여 상태가 다르게 나타나는 원인을 규명하지 못했다는 한계도 지니고 있어 향후 요인과 요인 간의 상호작용을 고려하여 여가참여 상태 유형을 보다 정교화 할 필요성을 제시하였다. 그리고 여가제약 요인과 여가촉진 요인을 넘어서 여가참여 상태를 측정할 수 있는 통합적인 척도의 개발 필요성도 강조하였다. 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로 보다 다양한 후속 연구들이 진행되고, 궁극적으로 보다 많은 사람들이 본인에게 가장 적합한 여가활동을 향유함으로 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 밑거름이 될 것을 기대한다.; For last 40 years, leisure studies have diversed from leisure constraint theory to leisure facilitator theory and enhanced the explanation about the individual's leisure participation. Although some insisted to consider the varied factors around the individual's leisure environment, there was not a study to integrate both theories. So, this study purpose to integrate them and analyze the influences to the individual's leisure participation. This study have synthesized the factors to influence the individual's leisure participation and suggested the Indicator of LPCT(Leisure Participation Condition Type). Also this study have verified the difference between the leisure activities by Leisure Participation Condition and satisfaction of leisure participation. This study surveyed 380 workers connected to leisure and tourism and finally got 328 samples excluding insincere responses. And this study used statistics package SPSS 16.0, AMOS 16.0 and operated the frequency analysis, the crosstabs analysis, ANOVA, factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. As the result of verification of hypothesis, the Indicator of LPCT have the reliability and validity and we can suggest the 4 Leisure Participation Type : Facilitator Condition, partial Facilitator Condition, partial Constraint Condition and Constraint Condition. Also the result says 77% people are conditioned in facilitating(including partial facilitator). By LPCT, the present leisure conduct and preferred leisure conduct bring out the meaningly differences and the satisfaction about leisure participation does so. Although this study have the meaning to suggest the LPCT by integrating the leisure constraint theory and leisure facilitator theory, there is a limitation that reduce the 8 types to 4 types because of shortage of samples. Also this study has another limitation not to examine the causes of differences about Leisure Participation Condition. So, it is necessary to sophisticate the LPCT by considering the interaction between factors to factors. And it insists the necessity to develop the integrated scales that can measure Leisure Participation Condition transcending the leisure constraint factors and leisure facilitator factors. Based on this study, I wish more various studies will be conducted and ultimately more people can enhance the quality of life by enjoying the appropriate leisure activities to themselves.
