Gold-catalyzed Intramolecular Cyclization using Enynal Compounds as precursors of Gold-carbenoids

Abstract

다중고리화합물들을 포함하는 천연물들은 그것들의 생리활성으로 인하여 합성적으로 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 다중고리화합물을 합성하는데 있어서 금 촉매를 사용한 고리화 반응들은 효율적이고 매우 손쉬운 반응이다. 우리는 금 촉매를 사용한 고리화반응을 이용하여 선형 분자인 enynals 로부터 퓨란 유도체 화합물을 손쉬운 한단계의 반응으로서 합성하는 방법을 개발하였다. ◁그림 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 우리는 이 반응법을 다양한 작용기를 가진 enynal 에 적용하여 다양한 퓨란 유도체 화합물을 손쉽게 합성하는 방법을 제시하였다.; A new and highly convenient dual-mode of Au-catalyzed cyclization of various enynals were transformed into fused cyclopropane ring. Polyunsaturated compounds such as enynals are of particular interest to organic synthetic chemists, mainly because of their potentials in construction of structurally complex polycyclic compounds in a convenient and efficient one step reaction. Au-catalyzed enynals cyclization gives a various polycyclic compounds in a very convenient single step. This methodology has also proved valuable for constructing fused cyclopropane ring from the corresponding linear enynals. ◁그림 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요)
