- 비타민 D는 골 대사와 무기질의 항상성 기전에 중요한 영향을 주며 그 외에도 여러 연구에서 심혈관 질환의 위험을 낮추고 혈중 지질을 개선시키는 효과가 입증되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 비타민 D가 결핍되거나 불충분한 만성신장질환자를 대상으로 비타민 D3 (cholecalciferol) 보충제를 투여함으로써 혈액지표를 분석하여 혈중 지질 변화에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다.
