Abstract
It is the situation that the demand for the Turnouts currently is increasing rapidly according to the laying of 2nd stage of Seoul-Busan High-Speed Railway, Honam High-Speed Railway and Capital Area High-Speed Railway starting from the 1st stage of Seoul-Busan High-Speed Railway. But it is the situation that the major spare parts and system are being imported owing to the lack of source technology for the High-Speed Railway Turnouts. Due to that, the problem called the decline of operation stability of High Speed Railway is being brought about as the immediate attention for the occurrence of disability is insufficient. Also, Railway Operation Bodies of each country are classifying this as the vulnerable part and are managing by making the speed limit passing the Turnout and the strict operation regulation as most of Derailment accident is being occurred frequently in this part. It aims at the research objective for the second time that the FAKOP effect is identified through the comparison of running dynamic characteristic of model applying the FAKOP (Fahrkanten Optimierung) effect being the improvement plan of Running Performance through the Gauge widening and the existing Turnouts model for High-Speed Railway after analyzing for the first time the cause of amplification phenomena of Hunting oscillation Behavior (Hunting movement, Snake motion) being the cause for the decline of Running Performance in this research. Finally the optimal FAKOP (plan) is selected through the parameter interpretation after modeling by expanding the Gauge widening amount by 5, 10 and 15mm by the Case. Also, the selection of optimal Tongue rail cross section (plan) by interpreting 3 kinds of Tongue rail cross section (60E1A4, 60E1A1, 75SB) by the Case used in the domestic High Speed Railway for the selection of optimal Tongue rail cross section suitable for that is the final objective of this research. It would be thought to be helpful in the continued research for the improvement for the Running Performance of Turnouts through the comparison verification of test of site measurement considering the design constraint condition like the future alignment and strength of Turnouts and result of this research through this research.
