- 19세기 말부터 20세기 초까지 오르가니스트, 지휘자, 작곡가, 음악교사로 활동한 막스 레거 음악의 역사적 배경과 음악사적 의의, 그에게 영향을 끼친 음악가들, 그가 남긴 오르간 음악의 특징을 토대로, 레거 작품을 어떻게 연주할 것인가에 대해 연구하였다.
