Abstract
Methyl ammonium mixed halide perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3‑xClx) was studied by using three ways: fabricating perovskite solar cell which incorporate carbon materials, analyzing laser response of perovskite under one laser pulse, and measuring field emission (FE) properties of perovskite. First, carbon materials were incorporated with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): polystyrenesulfonate (PEDOT: PSS) for hole mobility improvement. Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO), which are well known as good carrier mobility and enhancement of efficiency and high conductivity, were used as carbon materials. However, there is no enhancement of solar cell parameters. Second, under one laser pulse varying from 420 nm to 580 nm, perovskite layer considerably reacted from 420 nm to 440 nm and then gradually decreased in current. Third, a turn-on field of 5.56 V and a field enhancement factor of 3183 were obtained from one times spin-coating perovskite layer and then in eight times of perovskite spin-coating cycles, a turn-on field of 6.70 V and a field enhancement factor of 5110 were observed. It was expected that perovskite materials could have chance of FE device applications.
