Abstract
This study has been performed or conducted for the purpose of solving the problems or issues on performance and durability degradation of concrete found when exposed to the marine environments. The durability problem or issue may differ according to site conditions. However, the fine crack is developed to the consecutive crack through the compositive interactions such as chemical aggression and freezing and thawing action resulted from the salt damage and physical performance degradations such as crack and then steel reinforcement is corroded and performance degradation is accelerated accordingly. Currently, the blast furnace slag cement is widely used as the cement for marine structure. However, the blended cement intended to increase the resistance against the chlorine ion and sulfate needs to be developed. In this regard, we are to check the resistance against the chloride penetration and diffusion through the chlorine ion diffusion coefficient using the NT BUILD 492, European test standards, under the intention of analyzing the durability performance of multi-component-blended cement for marine concrete structure developed by the S Company and comparing and analyzing the chloride penetration properties of multi-component-blended cement for marine concrete structure, blast furnace slag cement and ordinary portland cement as a part of counter plans against the salt damage. In addition, we are to use the data acquired through above test as the basic data upon application of marine structure. 본 연구는 해양환경에 노출된 콘크리트의 성능저하와 내구성 문제를 해결하고자 수행하였다. 내구성 문제는 현장여건에 따라 다소 차이는 있으나, 대체로 염해 등에 의한 화학적 침해와 동결융해작용, 온 도균열 등과 같은 물리적 성능저하 작용이 복합되어 초기의 미세균열에서 연속된 균열로 전파되고, 이 로 인해 철근부식으로 이어져 성능저하가 가속화된다고 알려져 있다. 현재 해양구조물용 시멘트로 고 로슬래그 시멘트가 많이 활용되고 있지만 염소이온 침투 및 황산염 등에 대한 저항성을 높이기 위한 혼합시멘트의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 염해 대책의 일환으로, S사에서 개발된 해양용 다성분계 혼합시멘트의 염해 내구성능을 분석하기 위하여 해양용 다성분계 혼합시멘트와 고로슬래그시멘트, 보통포틀랜드시멘트에 대한 염화물 침투 특성을 비교 분석하고자 유럽 시험규준인 NT BUILD 492 방법을 사용하여 염소이 온 확산계수를 통한 염화물 침투확산에 대한 저항성을 알아보고 해양구조물 적용의 기초 자료로서 활 용하고자 한다.
