- Abstract
- 우리나라의 가뭄분석은 유관기관별로 수행되고 있으며 기관별 다르게 정의되는 가뭄지수는 가뭄 대책 마련 및 대응에 어려움을 유발하고 있다. 즉, 수문학적, 기상학적 및 농업적 등 다양한 가뭄 지수의 개발로 인해 가뭄 정책 에 있어 혼란을 가중시키고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 다변량 분석기법인 Copula 기법을 활용하여 가뭄지수의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 가뭄지수를 하나로 통합할 수 있는 다변량 통합가뭄지수를 개발하였다.
