Abstract

Modernized Korean Housing has recently been drawn growing attention due to its possibility as eco-friendly architecture andgreen home and as an alternative to the unified apartment building However, there is no objective and standardized system ofindustry and no construction process has been established which can be applied to Modernized Korean Housing. When BIM isapplied to the construction process of Modernized Korean Housing under the control of IPD, the efficient division of labor andcollaboration would be achieved by the construction cost savings, construction period reduction and construction qualitystandardization. Ultimately it would contribute to the constructive supply of Modernized Korean Housing
