This paper focuses on power distribution strategy of Diesel plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle and reduction of turbolag. The proposed strategy concentrates on reduction of fuel consumption and improvement of vehicle drivability. The first function, determine the torque split ratio between the diesel engine and motor during transient operation. The second function, the motor compensate lack of torque during turbo-lag during estimation of actual engine torque and required torque. This distribution strategy is concerned with not only fuel consumption, but also drivability. This algorithm is simulated using ASM Diesel engine model and Autonomie for verifying its reliabilityen_US
