dc.description.abstract | This paper proposes a pipelining hardware frame work for digital image stabilization without using frame memory. The method post process an image captured in safe shutter speed by a spartial tonal de-noising filter and a global color correction algorithm, which transfer normal brightness of an image previewed in long exposure time to the captured image. The method can get a bright and sharp image with low noise even in low light condition. It is very suitable to be integrated into image sensor for mobile phone camera. | en_US |
