This paper is aimed at developing an integrated approach to assess the hydrologic risk within the context of climate change that might be significant challenge for mitigation and adaptation at the local or regional scale. Firstly, the conceptual framework for flood risk analysis is suggested based on hydrological hazard and socio-economic vulnerability. Secondly, we estimated weighting factors for each indicator using the entropy-based approach and modified delphi approach. Finally, we used geographic information system (GIS) for description of hydrological risk at the local scale between pre- and post- river restoration project over the Nakdong River basin, South Korea. We believe that the results presented here provide useful information for developing scientific-based effective risk management in a changing climate.en_US
