dc.description.abstractIn low-light condition, the object or some activities in which we"re interested can not distinguished easily. So, image enhancement is one of the important issues at this point. Images taken in this condition have lower contrast and higher noise than their corresponding images taken in bright condition due to low illumination. The method proposed in this paper is image enhancement improving the contrast of images taken in low-light condition. With this method, they are closer to those that would have been taken in bright condition. This method is based on using the ratio of illumination. I will show some results enhancing low quality of image.en_US
