IPA를 이용한 건설 현장별 노동생산성 저해요인 비교분석

Abstract

우리나라 건설 현장에서는 인적요소인 건설근로자들의 경험과 행동에 따라 노동 생산성이 좌우된다. 건설현장의 노동 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 노동생산성을 저해시키는 잠재적인 요인들에 대한 전략적인 관리가 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 노동생산성 관리는 사전에 잠재적인 저해요인들을 도출하여 전략적으로 관리계획을 세우기보다는 현장에서 발생하는 현재적인 저해요인들만을 관리하는데 치중되어 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 잠재적인 원인을 파악하는데 용이한 IPA를 이용하여 현장별 건설근로자의 노동생산성 저해요인을 비교분석하고자 하였으며, 근로자의 경제적인 문제에 대한 불만뿐만 아니라 근로자의 고용불안과 취약한 근로조건에 대해서 보호받고 있다고 느끼지 못하는 현실적 문제점을 파악 할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 현장관리자에게 실질적이고 현장에 적합한 관리측면의 전략적 시사점을 제시하며, 현장의 특성에 따라 노동생산성 향상의 중 장기적인 대책을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.Korea's labor productivity in construction sites is dependent on experience and act in accordance with the human element of the construction workers. In order to increase the work productivity of the construction site that requires a strategic management to potentially hindrance factors of labor productivity. However, without considering the potential problems, management of labor productivity in prior studies is focused only on the immediate problems. The purpose of this study is to compare the site-specific analysis of labor productivity impediments using easy IPA to identify potential causes. As a result of the analysis was to identify the realistic problems of job insecurity and poor working conditions as well as economic problems. It is expected that it is possible to provide the basic data to strategy suggestions for long-term labor productivity improvement of the construction site.
