dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the shear reinforcement effect of the incorporation of steel fibers on reinforced concrete beam with stirrups. Then, this study is presented for the significant effect of steel fibers in improving the shear resistance of reinforced concrete beam with stirrups. This causes incorporation of steel fibers predicted that it could reduce the amount of stirrups. The pre-tested results were compared with the calculated results by the proposed equations. The parameter varied volume fraction of the steel fibers, shear reinforcement ratioen_US
