As part of global attention about sustainable development, it is increased that the importance of railroad transportation. Thus, the construction of train stations is likely to continue to increase, and the importance of systematic management will increase as well. However, due to construction delay, train station projects have the problems such as cost losses, reduced productivity. Therefore, this study finds out the delay factors of the construction of a train station by analyzing several cases and suggests an efficient scheduling management method. This study result can prevent construction delay considering delay factors from the planning stage.en_US
