Abstract

Recently, there are lots of construction defects happen since apartment projects have been becoming large-scale work. And construction defects can not be handled easily because residential consumers' interests and needs are Higher interest than ever before. In this study, construction defects will be classified, and find out the defects reduction to supply the good quality living environment for consumers. 17 of the apartment defective information was analyzed defective information in Seoul metropolitan area.
