모바일 선거캠페인 채널의 접근으로써의 게이트웨이 전략 분석

Abstract

스마트 커뮤니케이션 시대의 도래로 많은 선거 출마후보들이 유권자들을 위해 모바일을 기반으로 하는 선거관련콘텐츠를 제작하고 있다. 나아가 이러한 양상은 후보자와 유권자의 디지털을 통한 소통을 가능케 함으로써, 무궁무진한 확장가능성을 갖는 새로운 선거운동 채널로 급부상하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 아직까지 유권자의 모바일기반 선거채널 경험에 관한 선행연구가 부족한 상황이며 그에 따라 모바일 선거캠페인 전략에 관한 연구 또한 미미한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘스마트디바이스를 사용하는 유권자의 관심을 어떻게 모바일기반 선거캠페인 콘텐츠로 이끌 것인가?’ 라는 연구문제에서 출발하였다. 또한 스마트디바이스를 사용하는 사용자가 선거의 정보습득을 위해 모바일 기반의 선거캠페인 채널을 어떻게 사용하는지에 관한 행동 패턴과, 애플리케이션 또는 반응형 웹과 같은 최종 모바일기반의 선거관련 채널들을 수집 및 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석결과를 배경으로 하여 SMS/MMS, 웹사이트, QR코드, 그래픽콘텐츠 등을 중심으로 효과적인 모바일 기반 선거채널 전략을 제안하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 유권자의 선거에 대한 관심을 유도하고, 나아가 후보자의 공약에 대한 올바른 정보를 제공함으로서 바람직한 선거문화조성에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.Many candidates have excitedly produced election contents based on mobile devices for electors due to the advent of the mobile communication era. Election campaign based on mobile allows digital communication between candidates and voters, then mobile has rapidly rosen with endless possibilities as a new communication channel for election campaign. In spite of this trend, there is a lack of research on systemic strategy for users' web experience on mobile. Therefore, the purpose of this article was departed from this question, ‘How to drive people to mobile contents of election campaign?’ Consequently some successful cases of mobile channels were collected and analysed as a gateway to reach final mobile election contents like application and web-site based on users' behaviorpatterns. Hence, this study proposed some strategies of mobile channels(SNS/MMS, web-site, QR code, graphic contents) for improving users' accessibility to mobile election contents.
