디자인기반의 ‘의료인문학’ 교육개발을 위한 의학전공 대학생의 창의적 강점 요인 분석

Abstract

현재 의료서비스 시장은 고령화, 복지화, 글로벌화의 영향으로 이에 관한 사회적 논의와 관심이 증대되고 있다. 과학기술의 발달로 인한 의료기술의 평준화는 환자의 의료서비스 선택기준을 ‘의사’ 즉, ‘사람'으로 전환하는 계기가 되었다. 따라서 그동안 의료기술력 향상에 초점을 맞춘 의과대학의 교육에서 의료서비스의 핵심인 의사소통기술을 포함한 창조적인 의료인 양성교육으로서 인문?예술학과 융복합화된 ‘의료인문학’에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 현재 대학에서 다학제간 융?복합 창의교육은 대학교육의 핵심이자 중점교육개혁 사업이다. 따라서 인문, 예술, 공학, 사회경제 등 다양한 학문의 융?복합 교육 프로그램 개발은 창의적 인재양성의 주요과제이다. 그러나 그동안 의학교육 분야는 전공의 특수성과 전문성이 강조되어 이러한 창의적 융?복합교육의 중심에서 배제되어 왔다. 따라서 본 논문은 의학전공 대학생의 ‘의료인문학’ 교육모듈로서 융?복합 창의디자인교육 프로그램을 개발하고 실행하기 위한 선행연구로서 의학전공 대학생의 창의적 강점을 TTCT(Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking)를 통해 분석하였다. 이는 변화하는 의료서비스 시장에서 창조적 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 의사양성교육에 활용되어 결과적으로 ‘사람’이 중시되는 의료서비스의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.Currently, social interests and discussion about medical technology, medical economics, and the medical service environment of foreign countries within the market of health services (by the influences of an aging of society, welfare-zation and globalization) are growing. The development of science technology provokes the standardization of medical technology, which allows patients to choose their private doctors, from a human perspective. Therefore, in the meanwhile, the college of medicine has focused on developing medical technical skills and currently, it needs to start cultivating creative health care providers who can communicate with patients. Currently, universities consider convergence education with combining diverse fields of majors as an important educational reform enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate creative people to develop convergence creative education programs with a wide range of disciplines such as humanities, art, engineering, sociology, and economics. However, the felid of medical education has been ruled out from developing convergence creative education programs because of the emphasis on the major’s distinct characteristics and professionalism. Therefore, the research will analyze creative strong points and weak points of college students majoring in medicine through TTCT and create and carry out convergence creative education programs. As a result, the research will try to contribute to the improvement of medical service’s quality, focusing on the human side.
