dc.description.abstract본 연구는 국내의 기업 내 셀프리더십 필요역량 도출을 위하여 기업 내 HRD·리더십 현장 전문가 34명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 연구를 통해 영역 및 필요역량을 도출하였으며, 타당도를 확보하기 위하여 국내 대기업 구성원 73명을 대상으로 필요역량의 중요도 인식수준에 대한 요인분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 기업 내 셀프리더십은 과업수행 및 성과창출, 자기 및 관계인식, 자기관리의 3개 영역, 필요역량은 커뮤니케이션, 업무책임감, 문제해결, 긍정적사고, 동기부여, 목표수립 등 총 17개로 도출되었다. 본 연구결과는 국내 기업의 셀프리더십 개발을 위하여 요구되는 필요역량을 체계적으로 제시함으로써 구성원의 셀프리더십 역량개발을 위한 지침을 마련하고, 인재양성과 리더십 개발을 담당하는 HRD·리더십 부서에 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to explore required competencies for self-leadership in large Korean enterprises. 34 HRD and leadership practitioners working in domestic businesses were selected as a group of experts for this study and the delphi method was conducted three times. The factor analysis was applied to see self-leadership required competencies` importance recognition of 73 businessmen. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the self-leadership is analyzed into three domains, such as task performance and creating outcome, self-awareness and awareness of relationship, and self-management. Second, the 17 required competencies for self-leadership are drawn; communication, task responsibility, problem solving, positive thinking, motivation, goal setting, etc. It is expected that the findings from this study will be used to suggest the standard for developing self-leadership competencies, and to grasp the current status of self-leadership, as a basic data for a guide to apply to the practical business.en_US
