dc.description.abstractWe fabricated an inverse four domain twisted nematic(IFDTN) mode using a stacked photo-alignment layerenhancing the azimuthal anchoring energy. The stronganchoring energy generates the stable 4D twist structuresunder an applying voltage. High transmittance andcontrast device is achieved without complex rubbingprocesses.en_US
