문화예술교육의 사회적 확산을 위한 성공사례연구

Abstract

본 연구는 문화예술교육의 수요가 확대되고 전문화되고 있는 시점에서 교육역량, 사회적 소통역량을 수행할 수 있는 문화예술교육의 가치탐색과 문화예술교육의 확산 당위성에 대한 이론적 배경 제공에 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 '예술교육의 보편적 대상은 누구인가?'라는 논제를 통해, 보는 것을 넘어선 문화예술교육의 국내외 사회적 확산·성공사례를 분석하여 그 의미와 가치를 탐색하였다. 분석은 경제적, 사회적, 개인적 측면의 기준을 사용하였다. 첫째, 경제적 측면은 컬쳐노믹스(Culture + Economics)의 사례를 통해 문화예술교육의 직·간접적인 경제효과를 제시하였다. 둘째, 사회적 측면은 예술을 통한 사회 융합 사례를 영국과 프랑스의 문화예술교육사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 개인적 측면은 예술을 통한 개인의 삶의 질 향상 사례를 예술과 건강관계의 모형을 통해 살펴보았다. 영국과 프랑스, 일본 등 성공적인 사회문화예술교육은 초기 국가기관이 주관하는 공교육에서의 ‘배우는 문화예술’에서 사회문화예술교육으로서의 ‘나누는 문화예술’, 나아가 생활 속에서 ‘즐기는 문화예술’로 발전하여 결과적으로 개인의 삶과 국가의 긍정적인 에너지를 형성하는 ‘발전하는 문화예술’으로 확산되는 양상을 보여주었다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 지속가능하고 확장가능한 문화예술교육의 국내외 성공사례를 통해 그 결과의 의미를 우리나라의 문화예술교육현장에 적용가능한 아이디어로 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다.Currently, the education of art and culture is expanded and specialized so the goal of this research is in providing theoretical background of art and culture education that might offers educational capability to communicate people or situation. Therefore, the research will focus on the question, 'who are the learners for art and culture education?' and analyze successful cases of socially expanded art and culture education from the economic, social, and individual point of view. The researcher will provide the direct and indirect economic effects of art and culture education thorough analyzing the examples of culturenomics (Culture + Economics). To show the efficiencies for the social perspective, the researcher will look at the examples of art and culture education, utilizing art in the United Kingdom, France and Japan. To explain the advantages for people, the researcher will study the example of increasing individual’s life quality through art and culture education. As observe the successful cases of art and culture education in domestic and foreign, the researcher will try to draw capable ideas, which will be applied to the field of art and culture education in South Korea.
