dc.description.abstract본 논문에서는 non-bianisotropy 특성을 갖는 IDC(Interdigital Capacitor)를 이용한 메타 물질(metamaterial) 단위셀 구조를 제안하였다. IDC 단위 셀에 유도되는 자기 공진으로 인하여 SRR(Spilt Ring Resonator)와 같이 특이한유효 매질 파라미터 값들이 나타내게 된다. 제안된 단위 셀은 기존의 SRR 단위 셀 구조에 비하여 전기적으로더 작게 설계할 수 있다. 도파관 측정법을 이용하여 얻은 응답 특성을 통해 추출된 셀의 유효 파라미터 값은시뮬레이션을 통해 얻어진 결과와 유사한 특성을 보였다.In this paper, we proposed a novel metamaterial unit cell utilizing an interdigital capacitor(IDC) with non-bianisotropicproperty. Due to the induced magnetic resonance of an IDC unit cell, exotic effective constitutive parameterscan be realized like a split ring resonator(SRR). Furthermore, the proposed unit cell is electrically smaller than a conventionalSRR unit cell. The effective parameters retrieved from the transmission responses of waveguide measurementmethod and simulated results show good agreement.Key words : Bianisotropy, Interdigital Capacitor, Metamaterial, Negative Magnetic Permeabilityen_US
