물류비즈니스모델 구성요소에 관한 이론적 고찰

Abstract

최근 몇 년간 물류 비즈니스모델에 대한 학자들과 실무자들의 관심이 커져 왔다. 실제로 훌륭한 비즈니스 모델은 기업의 수익을 가져다주기 때문에 그 실무적 가치가 크다. 본 연구에서는 주요 물류 저널을 중심으로 비즈니스 모델에 관한 폭넓고 체계적인 문헌 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 이론적 고찰을 통해 비즈니스 모델의 기본 개념을 살펴보고, 물류 비즈니스 모델의 구성 요소를 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 비즈니스 모델의 개념에 대한 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 물류분야의 저널에 발표된 주요 논문들을 비즈니스모델 관점에서 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 정리된 물류 비즈니스모델의 구성요소들이 향후 이론적 연구와 실무적 적용을 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.The business model has been the focus of considerable attention by practitioners and academics in recent years. Actually, a desirable business model is a concept with enormous practical value because it brings a rich stream of profits.|||| In this paper, we provided a broad and systematic review of related literatures dealing with the business model on several top journals in the area of logistics. In this comprehensive review and survey, we have attempted to explore the origin of the business model concept and building elements of logistics business model.|||| We followed a multi-step process to conduct this study. At first, we begin by briefly reviewing the emergence of the business model concept. And then, we searched for related articles published in leading academic journals and reviewed main articles studying logistics-related business model by analyzing them through business model perspective. We hope that this study could serve as a guideline towards a more extensive study of logistics business model.
