dc.description.abstractFor conducting linear and nonlinear response history analyses of structures, it is important to select an accurate set of ground motions. This study compared the effects of correlation structure of ground motions for seismic performance of structure. Three sets of ground motions were selected using several existing algorithms with different correlation structure. Nonlinear response history analyses of a 20-story reinforce concrete frame are conducted. The result shows that the cumulative density functions of maximum inter-story drift are quite different according to correlation of ground motion.en_US
